Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support for Global Mobility administrative services, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordination and Liaison: Facilitate activities between Employee Services, local HR, and external parties, maintaining effective and efficient communication.
- Data Management: Address all data-related queries to support the global mobility program, ensuring accurate and timely cross-charging of expatriate-related costs to the appropriate cost centers.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on the expatriate population as requested by stakeholders, providing insights and data to support strategic decision-making.
- Program Integration: Oversee the integration of administrative scope increases for the mobility program, particularly during transitions from HR.
