Description:
SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Global Mobility Specialist to manage our expats’ relocation and general HR tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire international assignment life cycle, from initial assessment to repatriation, ensuring that all mobility policies. The Global Mobility Specialist will have administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping the company plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 0-1+ years of prior experience in HR and General Affairs preferred
- Strong Excel skills: Pivot Table, V-Lookups, filters, etc.
- Strong organization aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of various benefit programs
- Demonstrated reliability with excellent time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and Korean

- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field in business administration

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire international assignment life cycle, from initial assessment to repatriation, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
- Coordinate all aspects of international relocation, including visa and work permit applications, tax and social security compliance, housing, transportation, and settling-in services
- Manage the assignment budget and ensure adherence to cost guidelines and policies
- Provide ongoing support and advice to assignees and their families during the assignment, including managing any issues that arise
- Coordinate the repatriation process, including the return of property, termination of leases, and exit interviews
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, payroll, and legal teams, to ensure the smooth functioning of Global Mobility programs
- Keep up to date with changes in immigration and tax regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive program improvements
- Guiding management on employee relations and performance management
- Administering compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole and to improve the employees’ experience
