Global Mobility Specialist

We drive JERA’s renewable energy business growth in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. As a global renewables IPP working across the life cycle of renewables, we are looking for key talent to be an active part of this exciting journey as the business grows further.
The role will be based in London and will require frequent collaboration with the JERA Group Headquarters in Japan, the JERA Nex Headquarters in the UK and Parkwind Headquarters in Belgium.
This role requires to be both operational and strategic; handling the full mobility lifecycle of our people as well as guiding our Line Managers and senior stakeholders as the subject matter expert on global mobility.
As a direct report to the Compensation & Benefit Manager, the Global Mobility Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Compensation & Benefit Manager, HRBPs and HR Operations in navigating mobility in a complex, fast growing, global organisation.
