Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage and optimize international mobility programs. In this role, you will be the primary expert for international assignments, relocations, immigration, and tax compliance, ensuring alingment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing global mobility operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality services. You will provide expert guidance, address inquiries, manage escalations, and offer informed solutions to support the business. Collaboration with HR, Finance, other internal teams and external providers is key to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for all employees.
This role is split 50% between operational delivery and 50% strategic projects to enhance and streamline global mobility programs. A key part of this role will be developing and implementing global mobility policies that align with both local and international laws, while also optimizing costs related to international assignments. You will also design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in global mobility team.
