As a Global Mobility Tax Specialist at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity:

In this role you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Company’s Global Mobility Programme, act as the Global Mobility contact for all assignee tax related queries.
  • Advise the business on all employment tax issues and calculations, liaising with external advisors where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to drive changes in policy to enhance compliance and reporting.
  • Liaise with the tax team on potential P.E implications arising from cross border arrangements.
  • Advise the internal Payroll function for all employment tax related issues and shadow payroll requirements.
  • Provide support to the wider tax team initiatives which may have relevance to employment taxes.
  • Assist in the establishment of processes and policies in relation to business travellers.
  • Active management and review of the Company’s Independent Contractor policy ensuring compliance globally.

  • CTA Qualified with at least 3 years personal tax and international assignment tax experience.
  • Flexible individual who can cope with competing demands and tight deadlines.
  • Strong personal tax credentials with an ability to convey technical matters in a user-friendly manner.
  • Self-starter who can manage fluctuating workloads and projects using a high degree of initiative.
