Description:
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience;
- HR Operations and/or project management experience or similar relevant experience;
- Fluency in English
- Experience with executing projects;
- Analytical skills to identify trends and drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee HR operations during mergers and acquisitions, including employee data management, HR systems, and HR processes;
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR service delivery during mergers and acquisitions;
- Work with HR, benefits, payroll and M&A teams to ensure processes are put in place to support the new employees throughout the integration process, including harmonization with Honeywell standard processes;
- Research and document transitioned benefit administration and payroll input requirements, including vendor dependencies. Coordinate change management including communication/training to the newly acquired employees for smooth transition;
- Keep M&A guidance for Global operations updated, capturing lessons learned and updating SOP and checklists as required.
