As a Global Operations Senior Associate, you’ll work closely with cross functional partners to optimize processes, drive operational efficiency, reduce friction, and eliminate pain points across Spring Health’s Global Program. You’ll will take ownership of day to day initiatives that support the Global team in achieving our aspirational goals. You will report into the Associate Director, Global Operations. This is a full-time position, that based on location and candidate preference, can be remote or hybrid.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- You have working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
- You have a proactive approach to project management
- You are an strong collaborator and communicator that confidently highlights areas of opportunity
- You thrive in ambiguous, complex, and dynamic environments
- You strive to balance competing priorities, always keeping the long-term vision in mind as you develop short-term tactical plans for execution
- You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who embraces autonomy while still keeping stakeholders in the know
- You have a strong ability to spot opportunities for improvement and intercept problems before they have a chance to arise
- You are a keen listener who can diagnose pain points for teams and help them move them from a reactive to proactive mindframe
- You have 4+ years of relevant professional experience working within operations
The target base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Global capabilities & processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams on existing & new care delivery opportunities
- Drive process improvement & escalation management with key external care delivery partners
- Support internal operational enablement through different communication channels (e.g. Slack, Confluence, Guru, etc)
- Support the tracking and success of the Global Program Roadmap
- Support member-escalation resolution with internal teams & external vendors
- Own management of a primary vendor inclusive of daily communications, escalations, invoicing & administrative support
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:
- Project completion and/or launch within a certain time frame
- Management of vendor service level agreements
- Vendor budget management
