Responsibilities:

Our new Global Partners Manager will play a key role in executing the strategic direction for Pepperstone’s most valuable partners. Leading a small team, you will be responsible for generating significant revenue through creating and maintaining exceptional relationships with key and prospective high value partners and clients. You’ll pursue new high value partners globally and capitalize on these opportunities to achieve significant revenue targets. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships in Melbourne, our Global Partners Manager will work closely with global teams to support the global partners business. You’ll be creative in identifying new partnership opportunities, ensuring current partner leads convert; and work to reactivate dormant partners who have stopped referring to Pepperstone.
To thrive in this role, you’ll be a natural relationship builder with a passion to lead a small team, with a background in the Forex and CFD industry working with Partners or high value clients. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will assist you to establish new commercial relationships and maintain strong rapport.

As our Global Partners Manager, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Support the strategic development and management of Pepperstone’s partnerships, focusing on cultivating relationships that significantly contribute to revenue growth.
  • Work in collaboration with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Regional Sales teams to identify, develop and enhance global partnerships, establishing them as a vital revenue channel.
  • Assist the Head of Strategic Partnerships devise and execute the strategic direction for partnerships, ensuring alignment with Pepperstone’s overall business goals.
  • Collaborate proactively and strategically with Marketing and Sales leaders to leverage investment and events opportunities for partners globally, including attending partners events.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct and collect competitor analysis from Regional Sales leaders to identify opportunities and threats, identifying gaps in our or competitors’ offerings which may inspire innovation, continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales teams to contact attempted partner applications to increase conversion, support new partners yet to refer their first client and work with dormant partners to reactivate their referral program.
  • Research and prospect new partners.
  • Identify and transition potentially high value partners to the Head of Strategic Partnerships or Sales leaders.
  • Develop and maintain partner sales processes and marketing assets.
  • Partner Sales reporting and communicate emerging trends, key partnerships and new opportunities to the wider business.
  • Lead the Global Partners team, ensuring their actions are consistent with the agreed strategy and continuous improvement occurs over time.
  • Provide ad hoc project support as required such as working with Product and other IT teams on transformational improvements to our Partners Program.
