REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years proven experience as a Global Payroll Specialist or similar role, with a focus on processing payroll across multiple countries within the region.
  • In-depth knowledge of global payroll & pensions legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements for various countries.
  • Strong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, social insurance requirements, and benefits regulations.
  • Experience working with local payroll providers and managing relationships with external vendors.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software or systems for end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing complex payroll scenarios across different countries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex payroll calculations and reconciliations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple payrolls and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a vital team member reporting to the senior manager of global payroll, the global payroll specialist will be responsible for processing payroll for multiple countries. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing, coordinating with local payroll providers, and supporting payroll-related activities.
