Full-time
Trust and Safety focuses on proactively managing risks on the Wolt platform. The team also makes sure that trust and safety incidents are managed quickly, effectively and empathetically. It is a key priority for us that everyone can feel safe while using Wolt - be it for ordering, delivering, or selling goods.
Managing Personal and Road Safety risks is key to protecting our platform users (couriers, customers, merchants). We believe that incidents can be prevented and are looking for a Global Program Manager to lead our efforts in these areas.
The Global Personal and Road Safety Manager will be responsible for understanding Personal and Road safety risks, identifying root causes, and working x-functionally to develop and launch Safety Controls (product, policies, processes) to prevent such incidents from happening or mitigate their impact.
The ideal candidate has some technical prowess and a passion for data driven insights to make informed decisions that improve our valued community. To succeed in the role, you must be comfortable working at both ends of the spectrum - you’ll be building the high-level strategy for the program and also rolling up your sleeves to get things done!
Responsibilities:
- Owning the Personal and Road Safety program globally, being accountable towards the program’s objectives and success;
- Collaborating with Support, Product, Policy, Comms, Legal, Operations, and other teams to plan and prioritize the work that Wolt needs to do for the program to be successful;
- Identifying gaps and opportunities, understanding root causes, and proposing improvements to Wolt’s controls;
- Developing and improving global policies, processes, and products to manage Personal and Road Safety risks and incidents;
- Establishing governance and forums to enable the program’s execution;
- Completing global Safety investigations and deep dives;
- Training local, regional, and global teams on Personal and Road Safety topics.
