ECO Animal Health Group (ECO) is a publicly quoted, multi-million dollar animal health biotech company, providing animal health pharmaceutical products, predominantly anti-infectives, for swine and poultry to improve health and performance.
The Company has a highly regarded and profitable product with Aivlosin®, which is one of the 30 largest brands in the $40 billion global animal health industry and one of the Top 10 livestock brands. It has a unique model of managing upstream partnerships for R&D and manufacturing, as well as downstream commercial partners and is active in over 70 countries.
ECO will continue to develop Aivlosin® and reach new countries, species and medical claims, whilst also investing heavily in R&D to develop new products. They are anticipating an exciting and transformational period with the launch of an innovative biological portfolio. The first of which, an Avian Vaccine, is anticipated to launch in 12-18 months initially in Europe.
In order to support the current and future growth, ECO are seeking a Global Poultry Technical Support Manger to provide technical support to the poultry markets of Europe, LATAM and the ASEAN countries. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, evaluate, propose and implement a new technical services strategy for the company.
- Ensure the provision of a comprehensive technical support service platform for ECO’s products through the provision of technical information, and the training and advice to staff, distributors and key customers.
- Produce and disseminate veterinary technical information and communication materials aligned to strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, key customers, consultants, universities and veterinary organisations.
- Represent the company at Global and Regional events.
- Build strong internal relationships to optimize participation in the Business Leadership Team, Product Development, Technical Services and other meetings. Generate ideas to develop new business.
- Organise workshops and seminars to share best practices and new research findings.
- Stay updated and knowledgeable on the latest research and advancements.
- Collaborate with team members to address technical-related issues and share best practices.
