Job Description
You will have a pivotal role in building the best expatriate service and support mobility to make working abroad a great experience. You will get the chance to collaborate with our HR colleagues across the globe while being involve in international projects. Furthermore, you will drive global mobility process standardization and optimization with a strong emphasis on maintaining a client-centric approach in service delivery.

Your Tasks will be:

• Drive global standardization and harmonization of international mobility processes towards efficiency, usability and customer satisfaction
• Build relationships with key contacts within the global mobility network and collaborate with country process experts on continuous improvement and various strategic initiatives
• Enhance and rollout the remote work abroad concept in multiple countries
• Ensure documentation concept of all levels down to work instructions and provide enabling / training to process users
• Further development of Learning and Knowledge Hub in the area of Global Mobility
• Ensuring consistency of international assignments across the globe and compliance with global policies and use reasonable judgment in decisions on exceptions
• Support different global projects

Qualifications

WHICH REQUIREMENTS ARE IMPORTANT TO US?

• Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Commercial field or related areas.
• Experience: You have minimum 2-3 years of working experience in HR function in international environment
• Personality: You have excellent communication and collaboration skills also in virtual team. You have strong analytical skills and can make decisions independently. You have a strong client and service-oriented mindset.
• Languages: You have advanced English skills (written and spoken). German knowledge is an advantage.
