Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

In this role, the incumbent will drive the planning, design, implementation, training, communication and change management for the respective function as part of the strategic program Nexus S/4HANA. As part of the dedicated project team, this role will play a crucial role in re-imagining processes, optimizing systems and building a foundation for future growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning and Leadership: Support the design and implementation of global business processes within the future S/4HANA system. Own end-to-end process design within the future S/4HANA system for respective function, including workflows and dependencies. Ensure alignment of S/4HANA processes in scope with the company’s strategic objectives and business goals, in conjunction with the Global Order to Cash Head.
  • Process Design and Improvement: Identify, document, and implement key business processes for future S/4HANA implementation. Support process re-engineering initiatives to streamline future operations and enhance efficiency. Work with extended SME community, consultants and IT experts to analyze existing processes identify improvements, ensure processes are scalable and can be standardized across global operations. Ensure solution compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
  • S/4HANA Implementation Management: Be part of the S/4HANA project team to ensure processes are accurately configured in the system. Oversee data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure process integrity. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the S/4HANA implementation. Ensure governance set-up for operational stability beyond implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication related to S/4HANA implementation: Act as the primary liaison between business functions, IT and external vendors for process & system design related matters in his respective function. Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with extended SME community to gather requirements and provide updates on implementation progress. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Change Management, Process Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain process documentation and SOP’s. Create and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in new processes and S/4HANA functionalities. Monitor and support user adoption, addressing any issues or resistance to change. Support establishing a key user community.
  • Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented processes in collaboration with the Global Order to Cash Head.
