The Global Process Owner is the owner of the process design and process deployment for the end-to-end processes Process Payroll & Time, for the purpose of helping the company meet and exceed performance targets and creating a meaning difference in the employee experience. In taking up this exciting role, you can truly leave your mark to create an engaging experience for our leaders and employees and contribute to meaningful people insights with globally consistent process data. In order to do this, this role works closely with the business stakeholders, HR colleagues, other functions like Finance, IT and external vendors to ensure that the global processes are lived, adopted and permanently improved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updates and enhances global strategy and direction for the processes Pay & Time, define global processes, sub processes, the experience to business stakeholders and provides direction to all involved parties globally.
  • Define and own the experience and required data model for the process.
  • Driving Global business rules and guidelines (timelines) related to these processes.
  • Monitoring local compliance in countries with global process.
  • Responsible to initiate global process and system changes including prioritization and business justification.
  • Aligning with global stakeholders on these changes and secures the required resources.
  • Responsible for up-to-date Global process (model) documentation and training materials.
  • Training on global process, data model and supporting platforms for all involved roles.
  • Project Management and roll-out of related projects.
  • Coordinates User acceptance testing for Global process changes and sign-offs.
  • Secures and mobilizes the required resources for requirements setting, implementation and testing.
  • Measures and drives adoption across all countries.
  • Coordinating global communication, training and change management strategy among all involved roles in the process, for all affiliates.

Key Requirements:

  • HR background with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Strategic acumen and global market know-how Payroll & Time.
  • Solid experience in a similar role, overseeing processes in an organization with a global scope.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across matrix organization.
  • Strong conceptual, end-to-end thinking abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of the relevant Workforce Administration processes and tools.
  • Strong leadership / executive presence.
  • Extensive experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to drive enterprise-wide value and improvements.
  • Experience and knowledge of project management in an international, matrix environment.
  • Cross-industry experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
