Description:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Global Procurement Manager who will be a key driver in optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring the efficient sourcing of goods and services. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Your analytical skills and strategic approach will help control spend and provide valuable insights to drive cost-saving initiatives. This role is ideal for a numbers-driven professional with excellent negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
- Must have a CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) accreditation or a local equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with procurement software such as Coupa, Procurify, or ERP tools.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a proven track record of effective negotiation and cost-saving initiatives/strategic sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Experience in managing and developing procurement teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
- Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
