Within the Procurement Enablement and Transformation team is the Global Procurement Transformation team and we are responsible for transforming the banks procurement processes in partnership with the functional teams. This includes designing and embedding the frameworks, skills/competencies, processes, training, systems, tools and data insights to ensure Procurement excellence is embedded into ways of working internally and externally with our third parties.
Responsibilities:
As a Transformation Manager in the “Global Procurement Transformation Team” you will focus on the following key responsibilities:
- Leading transformation projects / leading a transformation workstream in a large global programme/. This includes managing key deliverables, the project plan and facilitating senior decision making where required.
- Providing Procurement related insight into Procurement Transformation.
- Developing relationships with Procurement Process Owners.
- Leading improvement in the design of process compliance and reporting to help facilitate accelerated procurement performance for the function.
- Assessing business requirements and subsequent pain points, subsequently working closely with Product Management / Technology on business case definition and effective deployment of solutions.
- Encouraging a change management culture for process and system improvement areas through coaching and ongoing user adoption.
- Supporting the development of other change professionals in procurement
