Description:

Focus of the role:

As a global Product & Governance Owner Salesforce Platform, you will play a central role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that Salesforce products (with a focus on Life Science, Sales, Service and Field Service Cloud) align with organizational goals, meet customer needs, and deliver value. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, IT development teams and regional admins to drive successful product development.

You will be implementing a CRM Governance framework across Fresenius Kabi regions and Business Units and act as a global CRM Governance lead that can be leveraged post the overall OneCRM implementation. Additionally, you will actively work with IT and the Digital Transformation team, to support the setup of an interim Governance concept, to keep control over the ongoing CRM Ecosystem initiatives and ensure business continuity.
Your assignments

  • Development of an overall Governance concept and document related processes into proper SOP’s
  • Implementation of Governance framework preferably on the Salesforce platform and acting as global Governance lead across Fresenius Kabi regions and Business Units that can be leveraged post the overall OneCRM implementation.
  • Actively work with IT and the Digital Transformation team, to support the setup of an interim Governance concept, to keep control over the ongoing CRM Ecosystem initiatives and ensure business continuity.
  • Operate and enhance the existing Salesforce Clouds and HCP Engagement solution (with a focus on Life Science, Sales, Service and Field Service Cloud)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define Salesforce features, enhancements, and improvements.
  • Maintain and prioritize the requirements backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop a product roadmap for the leveraged Salesforce products in Sales, Service & Marketing
  • Collaborate with IT developers, regional admins and Salesforce as a vendor and set up a regular release management process for our OneCRM instance.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and industry trends

Your profile

  • 7+ years of professional experience preferred in the Pharma/ Life Science industry, preferably in CRM focused and commercial-oriented roles.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner, or Admin
  • University degree business administration, economics, or similar field, preferably MBA or PhD
  • Profound project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in setting up a company wide Governance Framework preferably on a CRM Platform
  • Profound experience as a Product Owner Salesforce is a plus.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is a must (Business Analyst certification preferred)
  • More Salesforce Certifications are preferred such as: Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, Marketing Cloud Admin/Consultant
  • Independent, process- and result-oriented way of working.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in the English language is required, any additional languages are an advantage.
  • Intercultural experience and willingness to travel internationally
