Responsibilities:

  • Work in interdisciplinary project teams as the voice of customer throughout all project phases from requirements setting to the launch.
  • Manage product launches defined by a stage gate driven Product Development & Introduction process.
  • Assess market requirements and user needs and develop market entry strategies for new products including pricing strategy to ensure delivering on margin and revenue goals.
  • Producing business cases for product opportunities as a basis for investment.
  • Help developing marketing and launch plans in collaboration with product marketing managers including product training for sales and others departments.
  • Work with Marketing to produce marketing and technical literature on time and in budget.
  • Support with strategic input regarding key clinical conditions that Azenta should focus on, based on our core competencies and based on the capabilities of currently available solutions.
  • Product Maintenance: ongoing care and support of product line, including monitoring customer satisfaction, competitor activity, new customer needs and sales support materials, product changes and maintaining a business intelligence database for the product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain key metrics to measure success in all responsible areas.
