Description:
This Global Product Marketing Manager will spearhead new business growth through strategic front-end marketing initiatives and lead generation, focusing on launching new products and driving sales engagement across a large matrix organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting compelling marketing campaigns, driving leads through the sales funnel, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with market needs and sales objectives!
This role is open to applications at any Emerson location in Europe, close to a major international airport.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to launch new products and drive adoption across global markets;
- Generate high-quality leads and champion them accordingly in collaboration with sales and business development teams;
- Build compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, product datasheets, and digital content to support lead generation efforts;
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging;
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between product development, marketing strategies;
- Conduct customer research and capture insights to refine product offerings and marketing approaches;
- Handle relationships with key collaborators across the organization, including sales, business development, and product teams;
- Track and report on key performance indicators (critical metrics) related to marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales conversion.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- 5+ years of proven experience, preferably in a global B2B environment;
- Experience with new product introduction and product marketing is an advantage;
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%);
