QUALIFICATIONS

Leadership experience as a Team Lead and/or system expert with a strong focus on SAP systems.
Proven experience in system support, preferably with Master Data / PLM systems (e.g., MDG-M, ARAS).
Knowledge of MDG-M and/ or ARAS PLM system or similar software.
Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and or other SAP modules beneficial
Familiarity with industry standards and (e.g.: JIRA, Confluence, ITSM, ARIS) best practices in data governance.
Strong understanding of process management and data governance principles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English, German skills beneficial
Strong communication skills, goal-oriented, team player

This role will encompass traditional support responsibilities for our Master Data system (MDG-M, ARAS, ERP-MM,) and will also include new responsibilities in process and data governance. You’ll have a strong background in system support and be skilled in process management and data governance, with excellent communication and negotiation skills and the motivation to lead a team.
The role ensure consistent data quality between our systems. You’ll also lead & coach an outstanding team and have the opportunity to shape the future of our master data environment together with the team.
