Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Global Program Manager based in n Bukit Minyak, Penang.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
-

Monitoring of key milestones ensuring adherence to identified timelines and deliverables of key objectives for specific activities.

• Ensure commonality between each of the manufacturing sites.
• Part of the escalation process.
• Manage customer relationships on a Global basis and is the Customer’s single point of contact, Globally for all product programs and operational performance issues escalated beyond site Management.
• Facilitate internal communication between Flex vertical partners.
• Ensure cost reduction plans are in place to meet customer targets.
• Establish and manage Business Resumption plans for all customer commodities

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
-

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in materials, sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and/or program administration or related experience.
• Good negotiation skills, to make clear agreements with suppliers and internal organizations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to make complex business decisions.
