QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A MSc Degree in economics, business administration, engineering, science, medical fields or similar.
- +3 years of work experience with operational excellence, preferably in manufacturing, experience from a management consultancy or a pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills combined with track-record of driving strategic processes.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include driving projects/transformations in manufacturing related to:
- Maximizing capacities across our current and future fleet of aseptic manufacturing lines.
- Operational readiness & Ramp-up of new aseptic manufacturing lines.
- Integrating newly acquired sites (M&A)
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, including supply chain, local site management and operational employees as well as local experts
