Description:

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, business, operations

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years in supply chain with specific focus on project management and O2C
  • English Fluency both written and verbal required; Exceptional communication skills across global businesses (additional languages a plus)
  • Proficient with Process Improvement methodologies and supply chain excellence (Lean Six Sigma Belt/ Agile/ APICS)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver detailed project plan for the O2C capability resulting in stand up of this new global capability for GBS
  • Ensure delivery of the global business case ($22MM ++) by designing, staffing, and transitioning sectors and functions to new structure plus unlocking other cost and service benefits, improving service, revenue and PEP+
  • Will lead and coordinate global design for 6 sectors ensuring design deliverables are achieved and stage gates cleared
  • Partner with consultants on design ensuring project deliverables and requirements are achieved according to SOW
  • Support definition and implementation of global digital solutions in support of O2C zero touch efforts
  • Establishes transition plan and timeline in partnership with the transition offices for the appropriate hubs
  • Works closely with TA and HR on hiring and interviewing.
  • Ensures effective KC/KT/due diligence achieved for all roles
  • Lead weekly governance meetings and period Steering Council presentations ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Resolves issues proactively and raises critical issues
  • Montiors IT solution development and implementation
  • Actively engages as part of the Global Change and Comms plans related to the project
  • Reports out to senior leadership as needed sharing criticals KPIs and performance
  • Establishes SLAs/OLAs and ways of working for the new function and teams
  • Proactively identifies gaps, risks, obstacles and potential alternatives to solve and ensure project stays on track
  • Work cross functionally with Finance, HR, R&D, GP, SC, and IT to achieve best solutions/outcome
