Description:
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, business, operations
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years in supply chain with specific focus on project management and O2C
- English Fluency both written and verbal required; Exceptional communication skills across global businesses (additional languages a plus)
- Proficient with Process Improvement methodologies and supply chain excellence (Lean Six Sigma Belt/ Agile/ APICS)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver detailed project plan for the O2C capability resulting in stand up of this new global capability for GBS
- Ensure delivery of the global business case ($22MM ++) by designing, staffing, and transitioning sectors and functions to new structure plus unlocking other cost and service benefits, improving service, revenue and PEP+
- Will lead and coordinate global design for 6 sectors ensuring design deliverables are achieved and stage gates cleared
- Partner with consultants on design ensuring project deliverables and requirements are achieved according to SOW
- Support definition and implementation of global digital solutions in support of O2C zero touch efforts
- Establishes transition plan and timeline in partnership with the transition offices for the appropriate hubs
- Works closely with TA and HR on hiring and interviewing.
- Ensures effective KC/KT/due diligence achieved for all roles
- Lead weekly governance meetings and period Steering Council presentations ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Resolves issues proactively and raises critical issues
- Montiors IT solution development and implementation
- Actively engages as part of the Global Change and Comms plans related to the project
- Reports out to senior leadership as needed sharing criticals KPIs and performance
- Establishes SLAs/OLAs and ways of working for the new function and teams
- Proactively identifies gaps, risks, obstacles and potential alternatives to solve and ensure project stays on track
- Work cross functionally with Finance, HR, R&D, GP, SC, and IT to achieve best solutions/outcome
