Description:
Are you experienced in the QEHS area and seeking a new opportunity in a global and innovative setting? Then this might be the right next step for you! We are offering an exciting opportunity as Global QEHS Manager to drive change in Quality, Environment, Health and Safety across our regions.
Role and responsibility
As Global QEHS Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and harmonizing the Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will ensure compliance with business area strategic objectives, local and international standards, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and support the sustainability initiatives of the organization.
Your main tasks:
- Develop and implement a cohesive QEHS strategy that aligns with Munters’ goals and compliance requirements across all regions
- Coordinate with regional QEHS teams to ensure consistent application of safety standards, quality controls, and environmental management practices.
- Oversee preparation and submission of health, safety, and environmental documentation
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Govern incident investigation processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Provide training and support to regional QEHS teams
- Monitor and report on QEHS performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated with international QEHS regulations and standards, and integrate best practices into organizational procedures.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation.
You will report to VP Strategic Operations AirTech. The role is permanent and you will be based at our headquarters in Kista, Stockholm and have the option to work part-time remotely. Business trips to the different regions will occasionally occur, well-planned in advanced.
Skills And Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive, self-dependent and well-organized individual with a passion for QEHS area. You have great communication skills and the ability to target the message towards stakeholders at all levels, management teams to production workers. You are assertive in your approach but also humble and responsive in the change process.
You also have/are:
- Relevant education within Quality Management and/or EHS Management
- Experience from Quality Management and/or EHS Management in factory environment
- Global experience with exposure to America, EMEA, Asia or APAC is desirable
- Experience of ISO certifications
- A plus to have worked with STOP program in factory environment
