YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Logistics, Life Sciences, Business Management).
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, with a strong preference for candidates with a healthcare background.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in WHO GMP/GDP/GSP, ISO 13485, EU GDP, and FDA regulations.
- Audit Experience: Proven experience as a Healthcare Expert, Auditor, or in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of healthcare processes, tools, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in global virtual teams and across different cultures.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
As a Global Quality Healthcare Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing top-tier healthcare GxP quality standards. Your work will ensure that our business units and customers not only comply with regulatory requirements but also achieve a competitive edge in the healthcare market. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on global healthcare operations, guiding our network to excel in quality and compliance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the global expert on healthcare-related quality topics, ensuring adherence to HealthChain and GxP standards across all business units.
- Collaborate with global healthcare business units to support development activities, including QBRs, Customer Quality Advisory Boards, and tender processes.
- Guide new HealthChain stations in adopting and implementing HealthChain standards, ensuring consistent compliance and operational excellence.
- Oversee and monitor the performance of the healthcare network, taking proactive measures to address any compliance or quality issues.
- Ensure seamless customer transitions, compliance, providing expert guidance throughout the integration process.
- Deliver expert knowledge and training to local healthcare operational and quality teams, empowering them to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with local healthcare quality experts to define and implement required standards, including conducting audits, training, and investigations.
- Maintain oversight of Internal Audit program and internal audit performance.Manage global customer audits and support national customer audits, as applicable.[BR/K+N/AM1]
