DRIVE TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGIES AND MAKE AN IMPACT!

One of our fantastic recruiters will be going on maternity leave in of August 2024. In light of this, we are looking for a new colleague to join the team for a period of 12 months. Although this is a temporary position, it offers an opportunity to contribute significantly during the interim period but also holds the potential for extension and, for the right candidate, a pathway to a permanent role within our organisation.

In Global Talent Acquisition, we aim to raise the bar on how we attract world class talent to Pandora across all our global functions. We are an international and dynamic team of professionals with freedom to manage our own areas while having a lot of fun, and we have an informal tone while delivering superior results. As Global Recruiter, you will help the business attracting and selecting the greatest talent from all over the world. You will establish great relationships with stakeholders within the organisation and support in creating the best person-career fit. Furthermore, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our Global Office in Copenhagen, serving as the process owner and dedicated to providing exceptional service to stakeholders.
  • Drive innovative and high-quality sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Take co-ownership of designing, developing, and managing our recruitment products, covering global recruitment policies, processes, and systems, ensuring they are streamlined and effective.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure best-in-class advisory to hiring managers and functional leaders, fostering strong partnerships and seamless communication channels.
  • Raise the bar on hiring world-class talent by continuously refining our recruitment practices and leveraging industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as Global Talent and Performance and Reward on key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and synergy across the organization’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or similar
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Business Administration, HR, Business Psychology, Marketing, Strategy or similar
  • Ability to operate at pace in an evolving and fast developing organisation
  • Structure and ability to organise your priorities in an efficient and effective way
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, fostering strong relationships and collaboration
