REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Experience. Bachelor or master’s degree / university student ready to work full-time;
- Technical Knowledge. Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Language knowledge. Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Personal skills. A pro-active and driven approach;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- People-oriented and energetic.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate management: screen candidate applications, give feedback to candidates and handle general candidate communication with a focus on top-tier candidate experience. Closely monitor all stages of the candidate life cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity;
- Candidate search: use a variety of direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals;
- Database management: keep internal recruitment systems up to date;
- Analysis and reporting: assist in preparing recruitment-related reports and analysis;
- Interview and evaluate candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements (together with Global Recruiter);
- Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated (together with Global Recruiter);
- Participation in other HR-related projects.
