POSITION SUMMARY

The Global Recruitment Marketing & Sourcing Specialist will develop organization-wide recruiting strategies with a lens on recruitment marketing and sourcing in support of achieving ETS’s mission and business goals. This role will be responsible for building ETS’ recruitment brand and, in partnership with HR Leadership, the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
They will partner with ETS Global Recruiting Team (in the US and India) to share leads and existing pipelines, and partner with the Early Career Recruiter to ensure that the social media messaging is seamlessly integrated into the University recruitment strategy.
Additionally, this individual will work closely with ETS’ hiring managers to ensure alignment and seamless recruiting cycles and partner with ETS marketing and communications to ensure alignment to enterprise marketing and branding. This role will support Product Management, Operations, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance and other departments’ talent needs

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

  • Experience using social media to advertise and source candidates

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of marketing/communications/events experience at a recruiting agency or in a similar role on a Corporate Recruiting Team OR a minimum of 7 years of experience of marketing/communications/events experience at a recruiting agency or in a similar role on a Corporate Recruiting Team.
  • 1+ years of work experience in candidate sourcing specifically in the technical recruiting space
  • 3 years with a 4-year degree
  • 7 years with no degree

Responsibilities:

  • Know and keep up with trends across the sourcing landscape to understand marketing and engagement trends and their implications for ETS’ global hiring needs as well as how to best craft resonant communications with potential candidates
  • Develop and execute ETS Global Recruitment Marketing plan and marketing materials that improve ETS’ brand, raise awareness about opportunities at ETS, and increase the number of ETS passive candidates
  • Work with Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) to develop and evolve ETS’ Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for marketing, recruitment, and internal uses
  • Work with ETS’ Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) organization and the Early Career Recruiter to develop a DE&I recruiting strategy around ETS’ areas of opportunity to support the diversity of talent in ETS’ recruiting pipelines
  • Leverage multiple media channels, especially of the non-traditional variety, to find potential candidates where they are, engage them, and funnel them into ETS’ global recruiting pipeline with a focus on Job Boards (Traditional & AI), Social Media Campaigns (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter etc.) and Career Fairs (University, Military, Industry etc.)
  • Use data analytics and metrics to assess sources, their return on investment, and sourcing improvement plans to constantly iterate and enhance ETS’ active sourcing process
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies specifically for technical talent in software, engineering, IT and R&D
  • Personally, engage with promising candidates and use a consistent communication cadence to build their interest in ETS and influence them to apply to ETS
  • Provide feedback, insights, trends to recruiting leaders and hiring managers
  • Responsibility also extends to managing the Global Relocation & Mobility program and the marketing and messaging around it
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.
