• Leadership: Responsible for driving regulatory solutions and promoting a collaborative mindset while holding accountability on agreed deliverables.
• Product Launches: Responsible for feeding in regulatory and technical insights into product development ideation and delivery, analysing technical credentials of products on the beauty market, and developing regulatory solutions to enable differentiated and innovative product launches.
• Product Compliance: Responsible for regulatory compliance of No7 Beauty Company products sold in market, and compliance to internal and distributor standards. Responsible for issue management investigations linked to regulatory incidents. Manage regulatory input and approval of product artwork and marketing materials. Collate and provide product dossiers to the markets on time for successful approval. Expert point of contact for regulatory support with suppliers and internal teams.
• Process & Governance: Responsible for developing processes ensuring efficiencies and delivery of regulatory activities. Be an important point of contact with internal NPD stakeholders and market partners, representing and protecting No7 Beauty Company brands and products. Feed in our tools and data management systems to ensure compliance and traceability accuracy.
• Market entry & expansion: Support the regulatory lead team in developing strategies to launch No7 beauty products in new or expanding markets against the 3Y plan.
• Horizon Scanning: Represent No7 Beauty Company externally, support the building of external networks. Responsible for scanning regulatory changes, impact assessing and translating outputs to identify areas of threat and opportunities for the business. Communicate effectively with global partners to gain insight and support.
