QUALIFICATIONS:

• PhD or MSc or BSc in Chemistry or Material Science or Chemical Engineering or related field
• Experience in product R&D with a demonstrated track record of successful project leadership
• Experience in Chemical Protective Clothing is a very strong advantage for the position.

The Global Regulatory Leader for Tyvek® Personal Protection f/m will be responsible for driving global/regional industry standards strategy focusing on chemical protective clothing products specifications and testing methods, as well as relevant sustainability global regulations. He/she will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Application Development, Product , Marketing and Sales to ensure a clear understanding of any impacts on our product portfolio and execute seamlessly on our strategy.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define global positions on standards for Tyvek® PPE Segments.
• Lead the development and execution of the business strategy within the PPE industry standards framework.
• Contribute to the revision of key product specifications or test method by leading or participating in the external working groups.
• Collaborate with Business and Technology leadership to define priorities and provide input for NPD roadmaps.
• Provide support with demands and questions on standards and PPE regulations
• Support the development of internal testing capabilities in the framework of key industry standards in Chemical Protective Clothing.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, globally.
• Stay up to date with global regulations impacting our products portfolio, with a strong focus on sustainability.
• Represent DuPont Personal Protection and grow relationships with international standards setting bodies like ISO, CEN, CENELEC and Oeko-Tex®
• Lead and coordinate strategic support to these standards setting bodies as part of DuPont commitment to protecting more workers globally.
• Collaborate with key industry associations to nurture external networking and contribute to the sustainable advancement of PPE industry.
