You will take part in driving, designing and supporting the optimization and execution of existing as well as new reward initiatives to help attract, motivate and retain employees.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience with rewards management and executive compensation.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics or similar.
- Proven track record of delivering killer analytics in a complex environment.
- Curious by nature, you have strong analytical skills, are passionate about HR, and enjoy team work.
- Advanced Excel skills, good knowledge of PowerPoint.
- You have a natural interest in working with numbers and data – translating it into findings and key messages.
- Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
- Co-develop and project manage global frameworks, policies and programs together with the team.
- Perform benchmarking and do market analysis for key positions.
- Support/lead one or more global reward processes end-to-end – e.g., the global annual salary review process.
- Prepare analysis and reports for the Global Leadership Team and support with Executive Remuneration and Remuneration Committee work.
- Provide analytics and cost modelling of compensation programs and much more.
- Strong analytical skills and opportunity to build your knowledge of rewards management in a global context.
