We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Sales Director to lead and manage our global sales operations, driving initiatives to maximize revenue growth, expand market presence, and achieve our corporate sales objectives.
Position Overview
As the Global Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global sales strategies and ensuring their successful implementation. You will oversee a diverse team of regional sales managers, fostering a high-performance sales culture and ensuring alignment with company goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
The Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Set sales targets and performance objectives for the regional sales teams, ensuring accountability and achievement of goals.
- Collaborate closely with global staff, product managers, and marketing teams to acquire necessary resources and services.
- Monitor performance at all levels and schedule training as required to maintain a high-performing sales team.
- Maintain a strong and positive image of KRUUSE in all business activities.
You
- Proven experience in developing and implementing global sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Experience in setting and achieving sales targets and performance objectives.
- Fluency in Danish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A full clean driver’s license.
- Availability to travel up to 90 days per year.
- Presence at the Langeskov office a minimum of 3 days per week when not traveling.
