JOB OVERVIEW:

Adaptiv Networks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Operations Coordinator to lead and optimize our sales operations on a global scale. This role will be instrumental in coordinating the renewals of both our Adaptiv Connect and ELFIQ product lines, driving upselling, cross-selling, and upgrade efforts, and ensuring the success of our sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, with a focus on renewals and subscription management, and will be responsible for managing key national accounts and acting as the point person for tenders and RFPs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales operations, with a focus on subscription renewal sales, upselling, and cross-selling within the IT networking and connectivity industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and the Office suite; strong understanding of CRM data management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a cross-functional sales operations team, with a track record of driving sales growth and optimizing sales processes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface professionally with a wide range of customer personas and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge and passion for the IT industry.
  • Languages: Spoken and written French and English. Spanish an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Renewals Management: Proactively manage and coordinate the renewals of Adaptiv Connect and ELFIQ product lines, ensuring customers renew on time and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proposal Review: Approve and review key proposals from channel sales managers, ensuring they align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Tender and RFP Coordination: Serve as the point person for managing and coordinating responses to tenders and RFPs, working closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure timely and competitive submissions.
  • Key Account Success Management: Coordinate and maintain relationships with established key national accounts, ensuring their needs are met and nurture a success-driven account relationship.
  • Collaboration with Finance and Operations: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth “quote-to-cash” process, from proposal development to order fulfillment.
  • Sales Project Management: Coordinate pre- and post-sales activities involving solution engineering resources, and third-party contractors.
