Fisher & Paykel are currently recruiting for a variety of customer centred roles within our Auckland Customer Experience Global Sales Support team.
About the roles:
As one of our GSS consultants (Global Sales Support) in whichever team, you will be involved in answering customer enquiries across a variety of channels (phone, email, live chat), and associated administrative tasks to support the sales journey.
You are pivotal in understanding our customer needs to help Fisher& Pykel deliver useful and relevant information about our products and services and providing the right support.
These roles are critical to our business aim of growing long-term relationships with customers, retailers, and trade partners.

Fisher & Paykel have various shifts available.

  • 8.30am-5pm (Monday - Friday)
  • 11am-7.30pm (Monday - Friday)
  • 10am-6.30pm (Monday - Friday)
  • 9am-5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

What we are looking for:
Strong customer service experience ideally from a call centre background with both phone and online channels. Excellent writing skills and can demonstrate unrelenting attention to detail. You will be dedicated to creating a seamless omni channel experience with customer’s always front of mind.

Key responsibilities:

  • Quickly and efficiently determining customer’s needs.
  • Working with other departments to maximise customer experience.
  • Providing professional & timely customer service to internal & external customers at all times
  • JDE / Salesforce experience would be beneficial but not essential training can be provided.
