REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior network engineering role or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of network protocols, security measures, and best practices.
• Strong experience with cloud networking solutions and network automation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Capability to mentor and develop junior staff.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels of the organization.

• Designing and implementing network architecture, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Leading improvement initiatives that enhance network infrastructure security, performance, and scalability.
• Managing complex network configurations and troubleshooting escalated network issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect efficient and reliable solutions.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior ICT engineers and IT staff.
• Staying current with emerging trends and technologies in networking and cybersecurity.
• Overseeing vendor relationships for networking solutions, ensuring optimal performance and support.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for network configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Contributing to disaster recovery planning and testing exercises.
• Engaging with stakeholders to discuss requirements, provide updates, and propose solutions.
