Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Global Senior Product Owner for our Period Care digital products and services (existing and future) with a focus on global brand sites (with and without DtC functionalities) as well as regional e-commerce solutions (B2C) finding synergies and optimizations. The role’s time will be 80% GBIS (direct reporting line) and 20% EMEA DTC focused on Shopify (Femcare V-Brands & Incontinence Tena)
This position located in Gothenburg, Sweden and reports to the Global Digital Manager Femcare. You will cooperate closely with digital, D2C and e-commerce teams in lead markets, IT, global brand, communication and innovations managers, to consistently position our brand in a territory that drives company sales growth and reaches overall Essity targets. The Global Senior Product Owner is part of our Agile Center of Excellence.
Within Essity’s Consumer Goods Business Unit in EMEA, two main categories: Essity FemCare and Essity Incontinence. DTC Femcare or Inco are available currently only for washable underwear on a Shopify webshop in France, UK. Germany has only Incontinence and the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway) only Femcare. In each country, there are also related brand websites, on a separate platform and URL.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and maintain the digital product vision and roadmap, define the value of the global website and its role in the brand digital ecosystem and how it supports brand growth.
  • Manage identified projects regarding the evolution of both DTC Shopify platforms (V-Brand & Tena), in terms of technical features and UX/UI.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders and act as interface for high-level requirements; manage the website budget, document and communicate the product backlog, listen and prioritize needs, leading the agile product team which includes sprint planning and reviews, coordination of release planning and execution together with Essity IT, follow-up of service level agreements
  • Measure progress and track results, drive improvements as business project and/or requirements manager
  • Provide expert digital knowledge and expertise to stakeholders and ensure our Digital Operating Model is implemented
