- Intermediate Excel, MS365.

Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
As an HR Specialist, you will provide essential HR services to our colleagues in Canada. Your responsibilities include managing employee records, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating training, and supporting various HR processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to maintain accurate data and enhance the employee experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- Coordinate and support training programs.
- Conduct regular audits and process improvements.
- Provide guidance and support for HR-related inquiries and processes.
- Recognize and celebrate employee milestones.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance HR services.
- The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm 100% on-site
