Are you the finance professional we’re searching for to lead our Finance solution team?
Leap Forward program is rolling out new ERP processes and will cover every part of Valmet’s business and set the foundation for our business in the future. We are now in the implementation phase, focusing on global rollouts. Simultaneously, we’re upgrading our template from LN 10.5 to LN CE and assessing the ERP template’s suitability for our Fabrics, Flow Control, and Tissue Converting businesses.
We are looking for the person to lead Leap’s finance team, who can connect theory with the everyday business practice, working in all active areas of Leap program from 10.5 rollouts to LN CE upgrade. Collaboration with other Leap solution leads and function heads as well as the Valmet finance community will be essential to succeed in the role.
As a Global Solution Lead, Finance you will head Leap finance solution team, finance process implementation owners and finance ROCE. Finance solution team develops, builds and implements the LN finance template together with stakeholders in areas, business lines and corporate functions. Finance process implementation owners work with selected rollouts, bridging the gap between current and to-be processes, while finance ROCE coordinates and partially executes key finance surrounding system implementations and finance data preparations and migrations in Leap rollouts.
This role requires a deep understanding of finance systems and process development, ERP systems, and strong project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and alignment of the finance template in the Infor LN ERP, working closely with the finance community and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate development roadmaps with surrounding finance systems and participate actively in prioritization.
• Drive the harmonization of finance template usage across different business lines and areas during and after Leap rollouts.
• Lead the analysis of rollout requirements and the development of solutions to ensure successful go-lives.
• Oversee the upgrade of the finance template from Infor LN 10.5 to Infor LN CE.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should have an applicable educational degree in finance. We expect you to have several years of working experience of process or system development and practical experience of finance end-to-end processes and tools. You need to be fluent in English. The position requires some travelling and flexibility in working hours. You have project work experience and ability to make things happen. You know how to motivate people and develop team to reach its targets. Excellent analytical skills and ability to see the big picture over the details is a must. In addition you need to have clear communication and leadership skills and resilience to drive change. You can deliver results in a changing project environment with tight schedules.
