Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

As our new Global Speak Up Associate, you will report to our Senior Global Speak Up Manager and be part of a diverse and dedicated team who enjoys working together. We share a commitment and passion for supporting our business across the world.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Ensuring effective case management, incl. creating cases in case management system, receipt of concerns, etc.
  • Handling invoices
  • Preparing and delivering detailed reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders
  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity across all Speak Up case records
  • Continuously improving data handling practices and reporting methodologies
  • Contributing to the development of our internal procedures and toolbox for handling of Speak Up cases
