Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

  • You drive decision processes to align on communication & touchpoint concepts according to the Marketing concepts and overarching brand strategy.
  • Taking ownership of concept development, you ensure strategies qualify in research and achieve the respective KPIs.
  • You develop, drive and steer engaging Brand Communication Concepts across various touchpoints (on-& offline) to promote overarching cross-PA (/cross-BU) marketing concepts based on brand positioning and brand identity.
  • Ensuring a smooth and effective launch process, you take responsibility for user qualification of communication concepts.
  • You develop On-& Offline touchpoint communication concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Completed studies in marketing or business administration or comparable qualification
  • Experience and know-how: Several years of experience in communication, brand development and concept development including up to date touchpoint relevance (holistic communication); proven expertise to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Personality and working style: Convicing personality with a high enthusiasm. Self-responsible, lateral leadership and self-organized. Persuasive communication on different hierarchical levels and stakeholder management. Good analytical skills, high result-orientation.
  • Languages: Fluent in English
