GLOBAL STRATEGIC REINSURANCE CONSULTANT

Aon Reinsurance is looking for a strategic consultant to support its Client Segment Strategy & Execution. This individual will work closely with a core Aon team based in the US and UK, along with a broader set of colleagues globally to build and collect data from multiple account teams and systems and produce benchmarking analyses and key insights to support sales/broker teams in connection with Aon Re’s largest clients.
Workstyle: Hybrid- UK, ideally based in London, but with some flexibility on location.
We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

Qualifications: The ideal candidate is well-organized, attentive to detail, inquisitive, reliable and teamfocused with strong data and communication skills. Strong Excel and data organization skills are required, with the ability to evaluate and build quantitative and qualitative insights from raw data to support broker/sales teams with client segmentation and benchmarking.

• Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
• Some (re)insurance experience; ideally within data sciences
• Experience with generating client-facing insights from data
• Proven experience and ability to work well in team environment.
