Basic Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in business operations and/or business analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • English proficiency
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in; Excel/Google Sheets, and data analysis
  • SQL experience
  • Proven experience with stakeholder management and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in developing and maintaining business reporting and invoicing solutions
  • Background in the grocery and/or retail industry

Responsibilities:

As a member of our Global Operations team for Grocery & Retail (G&R), you’ll play a key role in launching complex products worldwide. Your work will support our product and operations teams as we implement solutions to grow our business and deliver a world-class delivery experience.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with local operational and commercial teams around the globe, as well as cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, finance, and legal. You’ll be responsible for driving and executing complex product launches to global markets, continuously optimizing processes, programs, and product solutions to ensure seamless deployment and maximum impact.
This role calls for a strategic, detail-oriented professional skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing intricate projects, and ensuring successful product rollouts with a focus on financial complexities. The ideal candidate has a blend of project management, communication, and analytical skills to support pre-launch and post-launch activities. What You’ll Do

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with key stakeholders across product, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and comprehensive support for all CPP product launches.
  • Project Management: Lead the execution of product launches, ensuring adherence to established frameworks, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Product Launch Leadership:
  • Oversee pre-launch activities, including testing, legal, and operational approvals.
  • Develop and execute launch plans that meet both technical and non-technical requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any launch-related issues for a smooth rollout.
  • Strategic Initiatives Implementation: Drive global initiatives to enhance and improve processes related to the CPP product, including areas like merchant experience, promotions, and membership.
  • Stakeholder Management: Keep key stakeholders informed of project and strategic initiative progress, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the launch process.
