Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We look for an addition to Global Subcontractor Governance Team. The team is overlooking a network of TMF subcontractors worldwide. We are creating and monitoring procedures and processes for subcontractors globally and locally, working directly with various teams inside and outside TMF Group. This person as small team is a key person to help us succeed to keep the processes and policies monitored throughout the group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the governance structure for TMF’s subcontractor network
- Manage onboarding process for new subcontractors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all onboarding requirements are met.
- Monitor processes of local subcontracting
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services by subcontractors through regular assessments and continuous monitoring
- Document and report assessment findings, providing remediation actions for improvement (if needed).
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all subcontractors
- Manage high-level escalations related to subcontractor performance or compliance issues.
- Provide support to regional subcontractor teams
- Provide support to other team within TMF while creating and implementing the processes and tools for control in place
- Being able to create new processes from a scratch and update those on a regular basis
