Global Supplier Development Lead (m/f/d)

• Lead and execute the full audit process, starting from preparation to execution to follow-up.
• Lead the harmonization and improvement of internal supplier development processes, guidelines and KPI’s as well as material specifications across all SGB-SMIT locations.
• Work collaboratively together with the global category managers to identify critical, strategic and high-potential suppliers.
• Improve their capabilities and competitiveness in the areas of cost, quality, lead time and technology.
• Support the internal organization in supplier and material approval processes.
• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualifications
• Several years of experience in supplier development, preferably in the transformer industry.
• ISO auditor certification, ideally to ISO 9001, 14001 environment, 45001 safety
• Exceptional skills in analytics, project and process management as well as self-organization, structuring and prioritization,
• Assertiveness combined with the ability to work in a team
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
