Description:
GLOBAL SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT LEAD (M/F/D)
As Global Supplier Development Lead (m/f/d) at SGB-SMIT Group, you will be responsible, among other things, for managing and executing the entire audit process as well as harmonizing and improving internal supplier development processes, guidelines, KPIs and material specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Management and execution of the entire audit process, from preparation to execution and follow-up
- You will lead the harmonization and improvement of internal supplier development processes, guidelines and KPIs, as well as material specifications at all SGB-SMIT locations
- Collaborate with global category managers to identify critical, strategic and potential suppliers
- Improve their capabilities and competitiveness in the areas of cost, quality, lead time and technology
- Support the internal organization in supplier and material release processes
