Responsibilities:

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a part of the Global Supply planning team, this role will support the supply planning and inventory optimization processes from internal and external supply nodes to distribution locations.
The role will support the balancing of demand with supply to offer the best product availability with optimal inventory levels, to ensure product needs of Commercial and Clinical Operations are met for the total Alexion product portfolio.
The successful applicant will have very strong leadership competencies and capabilities and therefore possess the capability to progress through the Alexion organization into roles of increasing responsibility in the future.

The Successful Candidate will have the opportunity to:

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Generation and publication of reports utilising SAP and Excel.
  • Analysis of data output and preparation of files for
  • Order fulfilment metrics (OTIF, backlog etc)
  • Supply chain performance metrics
  • Inventory management
  • KPI reporting dashboards
  • Master Data Management - Partner / Collaborate with Master Data Management in relation to material and production master data and associated processes.
  • Maintain planning master data as required.
  • Work cross functionally with supply chain, procurement, quality and operations to achieve operating targets and drive issue resolution.
  • Responsibility for specific projects.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas needing improvement, recommending strategies for improvement, and implementing those strategies once approved.
  • Assists with the preparation of project plans and handles projects to successful and timely completion.
  • Write and support Change controls, deviations and CAPA’s.
  • Providing support on preparing the end-to-end monthly supply plans for an Alexion Commercial Brands Product.
  • Co-ordination and execution of stock assessments for the Global Supply Planning team ensuring compliant product supply (artwork components) in the Alexion network.
  • Routinely draft and revise standard operating procedures in the Vault Quality System.
