Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years’ experience of Talent Acquisition area, end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Broad background of hiring in a global environment preferably within Tech
- Attention to detail and a structure way of working
- Ability to manage multiple recruitments parallel with demonstrated success in managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Strong experience with systems such as MS Office 365, Teamtailor, Docusign, Alva Labs, and LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with Workday is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbally and written

Join our team as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce across various business areas, from Tech to Commercial and Support functions. Collaborating closely with leadership, you’ll ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging recruitment process while enhancing our employer brand.
As the Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a key player in planning, managing, and optimizing recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and the People Experience team. Your expertise will help us elevate our recruitment strategies and assessment tools, while coaching and supporting hiring managers throughout the process. Your dedication to providing a top-notch candidate experience will help us stand out as an employer of choice.
This role is a 1-year temporary position, starting in January and continuing for one year. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our team, gain valuable experience, and make a significant impact within a defined timeframe. You will be based at our Stockholm HQ, with flexibility to work from home a few days a week as part of our hybrid working model. You’ll report directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer, Jeanette Hermansson.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and market insights.
- Optimize salary benchmarking to ensure competitive offers by aligning internal pay structures with the latest market data.
- Manage all aspects of candidate experience, ensuring smooth communication and seamless interview coordination.
- Partner with external recruiters for key global roles, ensuring we attract the best talent across regions.
- Identify and implement recruitment process improvements, enhancing tools and methodologies for efficient hiring.
- Provide insights on talent acquisition trends to contribute to broader workforce planning and global talent strategies.
- Work with the CPCO to develop clear, engaging internal communication strategies across the global organization.
