Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are on an exciting journey as a recently formed central Talent Acquisition (TA) team, partnering with each of the Travelopia brands to attract talent on a global scale. With a specific focus on hiring sales, operational support, and corporate functions roles for our businesses across the globe, you will be part of our TA team that delivers at pace, and with quality outcomes!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Be responsible for the full recruitment process for roles across several functions, using diverse talent pools
- Actively leading direct sourcing campaigns and developing positive relationships with key collaborators around the world
- Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates and sell the Travelopia brand and the opportunity to them
- Keep an accurate account of all candidate activity via the Applicant Tracking System
- Lead a variety of vacancies across all Business Units (BUs) and functions at Travelopia
- Provide excellent support in administrative activities such as scheduling interviews, offering positions and maintaining effective communication
