How do we work?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent and Development Partner to play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of talent and learning programs across our global organization. In this role, you will collaborate with People and Talent, senior leaders and key stakeholders to build innovative, scalable solutions that foster talent growth, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of learning strategies, leadership development, and organizational development, combined with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences on a global scale. As a member of the People & Talent Acquisition team at OANDA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs that align with the Company’s goals and objectives.
The role is located in Krakow and we work in a hybrid model - we’d love to meet you in the office (Krakow, Zablocie) minimum twice a week.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement talent development strategies to support career growth and organizational needs
  • Design, coordinate, deliver and evaluate learning programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities
  • Design and facilitate global workshops, training sessions and mentorship programs.
  • Lead program curriculum design, as well as manage and deliver leadership development programs to grow and develop leadership talent
  • Support Performance Management, Talent Assessment and Succession Planning programs
  • Working in collaboration with the People Operations Team, lead the corporate onboarding program, including its continuous improvement to incorporate tailored program requirements for employee onboarding, leadership team onboarding and department specific requirements
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee retention and engagement
  • Manage and maintain a learning management system
  • People Lead for Workday Career Hub, global HRIS supporting employee career development
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions
  • Manage the budget for learning and development programs
  • Leverage HR analytics and feedback to measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives

What skillset do you need, to be successful in this role?

  • 5+ years of experience (Learning & Development, Talent Management, Change Management and Project Management)
  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices, performance management, and employee development
  • Proven track record of designing, developing and implementing scalable learning and development programs that drive organisational success
  • Strong facilitation skills with ability to facilitate a learning program and strategies across cultures and regions in a hybrid work environment
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Fluent communicator in English
