The Global Talent Management Specialist will work with establishing and driving recurring unified and global talent, performance, organizational, engagement and development processes that enable Milestone’s ambitions of growth and pursuit of working agile. You will be working in the Talent Development Team reporting to the Head of Talent Development and will work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders globally.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be supporting with establishing, driving and optimizing key talent development processes across Milestone to support our talent strategy, including:
- Workforce planning to identify skills gaps and opportunities, through organizational reviews, talent reviews and succession planning
- Performance Management, which at Milestone follows an agile approach focused on team performance and individual development
- Organizational learning framework and development programs, tools and processes for leaders and specialists
- Engagement frameworks and tools (including MilestoneVoice pulse survey and exit data)
- The P&C deliverables concerning the company culture (ROIFI values & Behavior Model)
- Analyzing HR data to measure initiative effectiveness
- Remaining ahead of industry trends to ensure ongoing enhancement and delivery of our ambitions to be a workplace of the future
TASKS
- Gather internal and external input for shaping the talent tools and processes
- Drive and maintain the annual recurring talent processes (organizational reviews, talent reviews, succession planning)
- Align activities to ensure that performance and talent supports the global organizational development
- Gather and work with relevant talent data to develop and expose talent insights
- Facilitate processes to identify future talent needs
- Identify leadership and specialist development needs, and help with development and implementation of relevant training solutions
- Collaborate and coordinate closely with learning, onboarding, compensation, and talent attraction
